Wholesale telecommunications services provider, Inabox, is claiming a first by a telecommunications aggregator to deliver a wholesale channel mobile product using parts of Telstra’s 4G and 3G mobile network to its customers.

The company says its indirect channel of over 440 independent retail service providers can now offer a mobile solution with 4G capabilities as part of their comprehensive offering to SME users.

Anittel, part of the Inabox Group of companies, will also make the solution available to its portfolio of direct retail customers, adding a premium mobile offering to the integrated IT and telecommunications solutions it currently provides.

The product’s combined 4G, 3G and 2G network footprint covers 98.8% of the Australian population and is underpinned by over 4100 4G and 7000 3G sites.

“To be able to deliver a mobile solution with 4G capabilities to our wholesale channel and to our direct channel is a vote of confidence by Telstra in our ability to provide services of the highest standard,” Kay said.

“Offering this premium mobile product ensures our customers they will continue to receive market leading solutions as part of our seamlessly bundled IT and managed communication services.”

The Inabox Group supplies wholesale ICT (fixed, mobile, data) and cloud products and associated services, including billing and technical and customer support, to retail service providers around Australia through wholesale brands, Telcoinabox, iVox and Neural Networks.
