Verizon Enterprise Solutions, a division of US communications giant Verizon, has appointed 30-year ICT industry veteran Vic Bhagat as chief information officer for its global business.
Bhagat joins Verizon Enterprise Solutions from EMC where he was most recently the company’s executive vice president and CIO responsible for leading EMC’s IT transformation and overseeing its global centres of excellence.
Prior to EMC, Bhagat worked at GE for more than 20 years, where he was CIO for multiple organisations in the company including GE Aviation Services, GE Global Growth and Operations, CNBC, GE Corporate, and GE India and Southeast Asia.
